Imagine feeling so clear and centered that you can meet challenges without losing yourself.
Leaders are carrying heavier loads than ever before. Faced with these intense demands and the frantic pace of modern life, it’s easy to get stuck in a reactive cycle that leaves you feeling like you have no agency.
The reality is, you have more choice in how you lead that you realize.
Leading from an aligned and grounded place makes even the hardest situations easier to navigate.
You need a guide to help you examine who you are in the world, who you are at work, and how to connect the dots to transform your leadership.
Most leadership development doesn't stick because it skips the foundation — your self-awareness, values, and patterns, and how you show up when things get hard.
I start there. Then we build outward into the skills, conversations, and habits that make you a more effective, more present, and more trusted leader.
The inner work and the skill-building happen together. Each one makes the other more possible.
A coaching process built around you
This isn't a one-size-fits-all program you move through. It's a process we build together, shaped around your goals, your context, and what will help you make progress.
Phase 1
Awareness & Discovery
We start by slowing down long enough to build a clear picture of who you are, what matters to you, and what may be shaping how you show up. This may include 360 feedback, personality assessments, values exploration, and reflection on formative experiences. We use what we learn to set 2–3 meaningful coaching goals.
Phase 2
Growth & Practice
Goals in hand, we move
into biweekly coaching
sessions to spark insight, support behavior change, and experiment with new ways of leading and working. This is where the real work happens: in between sessions, in real moments, in the places that matter.
Phase 3
Integration & Forward
Momentum
We close by reflecting on your growth, naming the shifts that happened, and building a plan for continued development beyond our engagement. You leave not just with new insight but with a clearer sense of who you are as a leader and where you're going next.
Frequently used assessments include the LVI 360 and the Hogan Assessments.

“I became a more empathic leader, a more self-aware one, and a more effective one. The year before, I'd been passed over for promotion. This year, I got it.””

What my leadership clients are saying
“Working with Carly has helped me become a more adaptable and empathetic leader. I have a stronger understanding of my own strengths, stress responses, and communication style, as well as those of others, and I’m better able to adjust my approach to manage relationships effectively. This awareness has strengthened both my leadership style and my commitment to continued growth.”
A.P.
Managing Director, Life Science & Healthcare Consulting
“I’ve become more aware of the patterns that can hold me back and better able to reframe challenges, recognize opportunities, and take meaningful action. Perhaps most importantly, I’ve become much more comfortable articulating my strengths, recognizing the impact I bring, and believing in my own value. That confidence has made it easier to advocate for myself, ask for what I want, and create new opportunities.”

Sr. Manager, Marketing Data Science & Engineering
“She initially worked with my comfort zone and slowly pushed me out of it to adapt to different thinking. Carly is very quick to adapt and connect with her audience and she brings a very fresh energy. As you progress through the session, the insights that she brings forth are both helpful in acknowledging and overcoming challenges. She is very passionate about bringing the best in her clients.”

Frequently asked questions
Leadership coaching is for professionals at any stage who are ready to grow. Whether you're stepping into a new leadership role, navigating a significant transition, or simply feeling stretched and ready to lead differently. Clients come to me directly or through company-sponsored programs.
Coaching engagements typically run 4–8 months with biweekly sessions, and monthly retainer options are available for ongoing support beyond the initial engagement, so you always have someone in your corner. We'll shape the engagement around your goals and what's right for your context.
Company-sponsored coaching is common, and the work is still deeply personal. What we discuss remains confidential. I partner with your organization to align on goals and share progress in ways that feel comfortable to you.
It’s beneficial to have a specific goal but not always necessary. Many clients come in knowing something needs to shift but not yet sure what. Part of what we do in the early phase is get clear on that together. You don't need a perfectly articulated goal to get started.
I blend deep inner work with practical, doable strategies so we're not just exploring, we're moving. With more than two decades of coaching experience, a background in psychology and HR, and certifications in multiple assessments and methodologies, I bring a broad toolkit and tailor everything to you.
